Founded with a heart of compassion, Faith, Hope, and Change is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the homeless and impoverished communities of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. We believe that everyone deserves access to food, warmth, and the basic essentials for survival, no matter their circumstances.
Our programs focus on:
- Hot Meals: Providing hot, nourishing meals to individuals where they need them most.
- Care Packages: Distributing essential toiletries and hygiene items to help maintain dignity and personal health.
- Snack Packs: Offering easy-to-carry snack packs to help people stay nourished throughout the day.
- Seasonal Attire: Delivering clothing and blankets for the winter and providing cool, protective clothing for the summer heat.
We believe that offering these resources is just the beginning of making a difference. Through our work, we aim to provide hope, restore faith, and encourage positive change in our community.
